Letter Patch Positioning
Letter PVC patches for jackets are suitable for club apparel, event uniforms, retail fashion sets, school-style collections and personalized products. Letters and numbers are easy for buyers to understand and can be combined into initials, names, slogans or collection codes.
PVC letter patches offer raised edges, clean color blocks and a modern rubber-like look. They are different from embroidered varsity letters, so buyers should confirm the visual style before sampling.

FAQ
Q: Can you make alphabet patch sets?
A: Yes. Alphabet and number sets can be planned for wholesale or retail packaging.
Q: Can we use a school logo with letters?
A: Only if authorization is provided. Generic letters are safer for wholesale production.
Q: Can small letters be made clearly?
A: Very small letters may lose clarity in molded PVC. Larger bold letters are recommended.
