What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)? Can I mix different designs?

Catalog In-Stock Designs:Flexible MOQ starting at only 10 pcs per style from our 10,000+ trendy design library, with full mixed-design support.
Custom 2D Molds:Low trial MOQ from 50–100 pcs per design (ideal for testing new market trends).
Custom 3D / Machine-Molded:500 pcs per design for optimal automated production unit pricing.

*Note: Different designs require separate molds, but same design with different Pantone colors can be combined for favorable tier pricing.

How is pricing calculated, and does your quote include DDP shipping & customs duties?

We provide transparent, tiered pricing where unit costs decrease significantly as order volume increases (e.g., 50 / 100 / 200 / 500 / 1,000+ pcs).

All quotes can be provided on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) all-inclusive basis, covering product manufacturing, door-to-door international air freight, and import customs duties—no hidden destination fees or surprise tariffs.

*If you have a designated freight forwarder in China, we also offer free domestic warehouse delivery.

How much is the custom sample fee, and is it refundable?

Catalog Samples:Free sample items (buyer only covers express shipping).
Custom 2D Molds:$15–$25 per design (depending on size and craft complexity).
100% Deductible Policy:Your full sample cost will be deducted from your bulk order amount, making sampling essentially zero-cost.
Strict Approval Guarantee:Digital 2D/3D proofs are delivered within 24 hours. Physical samples are completed in 3–5 business days and confirmed via HD photos/videos. We only initiate mass production upon your written approval.
